The use of hardened & ground roller guide (EN 31) also ensures better quality of cutting standards.
The simple design with swing beam upper blade as well as strong rigid frames with constant minimum rake angle also helps in ensuring that sheared blanks are precisely cut within minimum of : - Bow twist - Camber
